Candidate FAQ

Illustration for Candidate FAQ

Answers for candidates considering remote and project-based work with Hire in Global. Each vacancy page is authoritative for its own requirements; use this guide to understand the general process.

Jobs and applications

Where are current jobs listed?

The Jobs page links to individual role pages. Read the full description and use that role’s application form. A listing is specific to one role; a city page helps discovery and does not mean Hire in Global has an office in that city.

Is applying free?

Yes. Submitting a job application on hireinglobal.com does not require an application or placement payment. Do not pay a person who claims payment guarantees selection.

Can a fresher apply?

Some roles list entry-level requirements. Others need demonstrated experience or a practical assessment. Check the education, experience and skills on the individual job page before applying.

Do I need to own a computer?

Equipment needs depend on the work. The vacancy states the expected setup; many remote data, document and digital roles require a suitable computer, reliable internet and a secure place to work.

Certificates and selection

Is a certificate mandatory?

A relevant skills certificate is highly recommended, and a specific job may require one. Read that vacancy’s rule. The application form asks whether you have a certificate and accepts applicants without one where the role permits.

What if my certificate number does not match your registry?

The application is received for manual verification. An unmatched number is not an automatic finding that the certificate is invalid. Hire in Global may contact you for supporting details. A matched number alone does not decide selection.

Does a suggested provider have a connection to Hire in Global?

Providers shown as suggestions are independent unless an explicit relationship is separately stated. Hire in Global does not require applicants to use a named provider simply because it appears as a suggestion.

How will I know whether I am selected?

Administrators review applications manually. Accepted candidates are contacted through official channels. Do not interpret a submission receipt, registry match or unsolicited third-party message as a selection notice.

Work, support and privacy

How are assignments and payments handled?

Selected candidates receive the applicable project scope, expected output, schedule, quality rules and compensation terms in writing before work begins. Payment for completed and accepted work follows those terms. Terms can vary between jobs and projects.

How can I report a suspicious message?

Keep the sender’s details and screenshots, do not share passwords or one-time codes, and contact Hire in Global through official support. Read the fraud alert.

What happens to the personal details I submit?

Application information is used for recruitment and verification by authorized administrators. Read the Privacy Policy and Applicant Data and Consent Policy before submitting.
