What we collect and why

InformationPurpose and handling
Application answers, contact details and optional resumePrivate recruitment review, email verification, duplicate-pending checks and application updates.
Certificate issuer, number, name and emailThe selected verification route checks relevant details through the connected certificate registry. See the Certificate Verification Policy.
Discovery source and optional reference URLUnderstand where typing and data-entry applicants found us. Source-link counts are maintained separately; privacy erasure removes the associated application event.
Project enquiries and submitted incident reportsRespond to the enquiry or investigate a reported incident. These are private records for authorised staff.
Job safety awareness activityCounts shown, ignored, started and completed by page and IST day. No names, emails, application IDs, IP addresses or answer selections are saved by this feature.

Services and browser storage

The site’s hosting, configured email service and connected certificate registry support these functions. External website links have their own privacy practices. The typing demo calculates its report in your browser and does not send your practice text to the website.

E-book typing and data-entry confirmation pages automatically open mandatory job safety awareness after application details are saved and the confirmation email is sent. Answers are checked temporarily to confirm completion and are not retained as individual answers. The application stores awareness status and completion time. Counters use pseudonymous application activity IDs. The Fraud Alert page also offers a manual learning activity. Awareness completion and the recruitment decision are recorded separately. The safety activity uses tab session storage and short-lived salted session hashes to avoid duplicate counting. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Session hashes are pruned on admin visits after two days; daily totals remain. Completion does not affect recruitment decisions. Historical language choices may remain in old applications; current applicant emails are in English.

Retention and control

Application and incident records are reviewed for retention or deletion by authorised staff. Changing a retention setting alone does not erase records. Reference summaries, email-service records, backups and the certificate issuer’s own registry records can have separate retention arrangements. A website deletion request does not automatically erase those independently held records.

To request access, correction or deletion, use the Contact page and website chat and provide your application or case reference. We verify the request before disclosing private information. Do not send an OTP or password. Administrative access is restricted; no website can promise absolute security.
