Hire in Global

Recruitment Process

Illustration for Recruitment Process

Hire in Global recruits for specific digital assignments and managed projects. Each published role has its own requirements, location eligibility, schedule and application form. A submission is reviewed by the recruitment team; it is not an automatic appointment.

1. Choose a current role

Start at the Jobs page. Read the entire vacancy, including the responsibilities, equipment, education, experience, working hours, location rules, compensation information when available, and closing date. Apply only for a role that matches your skills and availability. A city discovery page helps you find opportunities; it does not represent a separate branch or guarantee a vacancy in that city.

2. Apply on that job page

Applications are submitted on the individual job page at no application charge. Enter accurate contact and qualification details and attach the requested resume. Only provide information relevant to recruitment. The form asks whether you have a relevant skills certificate. A certificate may strengthen an application or be required for a particular role; consult the vacancy for its exact requirements.

3. Certificate and document review

If you enter a certificate number, the system checks it against Hire in Global’s own records. A match is recorded as a registry match. An unmatched number is not automatically declared invalid; the application is received for manual verification. If you have no certificate, the form still accepts an application where the vacancy permits and may show independent provider suggestions. No particular institute is required unless a role explicitly says so. Read the Certificate and Verification Policy.

4. Shortlisting and assessment

Recruitment reviews eligibility, the role’s skills, availability, experience, submitted documents and project needs. Shortlisted candidates may be asked for additional information or a role-specific assessment. The method, instructions and timing should be communicated through an official Hire in Global channel. Do not send banking passwords, PINs or one-time codes to anyone.

5. Decision and assignment

Administrators accept or reject applications after manual review. Hire in Global contacts accepted candidates directly. Before assigned work begins, selected candidates should receive the applicable scope, output standards, schedule and compensation terms in writing. Payment for completed, accepted work follows those terms. The time required for review depends on the vacancy and project; contact us through the official Contact page if you need help.
