Information used for your application

We use the contact details and answers you submit to process your chosen application, verify your email, review relevant evidence and send application updates. Resume upload is optional. Do not include unnecessary identity, bank or payment details in an application.

Where you request certificate verification, the selected issuer and relevant certificate number, name and email are checked through the connected registry. See the Certificate Verification Policy.

Authorised recruitment staff can view private application records. Application information is not published as a public candidate directory. Email delivery involves the configured mail service; applicant emails are in English.

Access, correction and deletion

Use the Contact page and website chat with your application reference. We may need to verify control of the relevant email before acting. Read the Privacy Policy for data purposes, storage and retention information.

Before joining, recruitment staff do not initiate unsolicited recruitment calls or messages. After joining, your assigned personal representative may contact you to welcome you, share tips and advice, understand your work quality and discuss whether a rental laptop is needed. Requested email codes, automated application updates and replies to support requests you initiate are different: they are part of the official application or support process.
