Candidate safety
Recruitment fraud alert
Check any approach claiming to represent Hire in Global against an open job on this website. Our application forms are free. The 25% project advance means Hire in Global pays an assigned worker; an applicant never pays us 25% to join. A job, laptop or project advance must never be purchased from a recruiter.
Hire in Global charges no security deposit, exam fee, joining fee or application fee. A request to pay a deposit or exam charge to unlock recruitment work does not follow this policy. Verify unexpected demands through our official Contact page.
Impersonation and payment scams to watch for
- Fake recruiters and copied branding: impostors use company names, logos, lookalike sites, personal email addresses or messaging accounts and ask candidates to pay for access to a vacancy.
- Fees before work: requests for registration, security deposits, background checks, courier charges, laptop release or activation of an alleged 25% project advance. Do not pay to apply or receive an offer.
- Task or commission traps: easy online tasks, fake earnings dashboards or small initial payments followed by requests to deposit money to unlock work or withdraw earnings.
- Account and identity theft: requests for a banking PIN, password, application email code, screen sharing, remote-access software, or a payment QR code advertised as a refund or salary verification.
After recruitment for a work-from-home role, the company provides a laptop for use while you work with us. It remains company property and must be returned when your work ends. After recruitment and assignment, Hire in Global pays the worker an advance equal to 25% of the project’s agreed amount under written terms. The worker does not pay Hire in Global 25%; neither benefit requires a joining, security, laptop release or advance processing payment. Treat anyone requesting one as suspicious.
Verify and report safely
- Open the vacancy yourself from our jobs page and apply only through its official form. Do not follow a shortened or copied link from an unsolicited message.
- Ask our official team through the published contact page if a message or payment request seems suspicious.
- Stop communicating with the suspected account. Save screenshots, phone numbers, email headers, web addresses, UPI or bank details, and transaction IDs. Do not post anyone’s private information publicly.
- If you have sent money or shared financial access in India, contact your bank at once and report to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or call 1930. You can also report suspicious phone numbers, emails and URLs through the portal’s suspect reporting service.
Protect your email code: enter it only into the form you opened on hireinglobal.com. Our staff will never ask you to send it in a call, chat or reply email.
