Joining requirements and project payments

No security deposit or exam fee: Hire in Global does not charge a security deposit or examination fee for recruitment. There is no joining or application fee, and no deposit or exam payment is required to unlock recruitment test files or receive work.

80% accuracy is a joining requirement: E-Book Typing Specialist candidates need at least 80% verified typing accuracy to join. The 80% requirement applies when joining. It is not a minimum accuracy level for receiving project payment after joining.

Lower-accuracy project work can still be paid: After joining, Hire in Global also pays for project work with lower accuracy, with minor quality-correction charges deducted where applicable. Check the written project terms for the basis and amount of any correction deduction and ask the team if a payment calculation needs clarification. The written project terms explain any applicable deduction.

Work equipment and project advances: For work-from-home assignments after recruitment, Hire in Global provides a laptop for use while the person works with us. It remains company property and must be returned when the work ends. After recruitment and a project assignment, Hire in Global pays the worker an advance equal to 25% of the agreed project amount. The applicant does not pay 25% to Hire in Global or anyone else to join or receive this payment. The scope, payment schedule and laptop return terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Applying for a job is free.

The eligibility threshold and payment policy above apply to e-book typing. Other vacancies follow their published role requirements. Contact the team about your written project terms.

These terms describe use of hireinglobal.com for public information, job applications and project enquiries. Read the specific vacancy, any written offer or project agreement for the terms that apply to a particular engagement.

Use of the website

Please provide accurate information, use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its forms, security controls or other users. Do not impersonate Hire in Global or a candidate, send false certificates, scrape personal data, or submit another person’s documents without authority. Public content may be updated as roles and projects change.

Vacancies and applications

A vacancy page describes one role while it is open. Requirements, location eligibility, schedule and closing dates may vary. Applying is free. A submission receipt, certificate match, assessment or discussion does not by itself create an employment or assignment agreement. Recruiters review each application and contact accepted candidates through official channels. A role may close when recruitment is complete.

Assignments and compensation

If selected, you should receive the applicable scope of work, output and quality requirements, schedule, compensation and payment conditions in writing before work begins. Payment for completed and accepted work follows those written terms. The public job page is informative and does not replace role-specific written assignment terms.

Project enquiries

Businesses may share a project brief through the Projects page or official contact channel. An enquiry is a request to discuss requirements, not an accepted order or a promise of a specific price or delivery date. Scope, confidentiality, quality criteria, access and commercial terms should be agreed separately before work is allocated. Do not include confidential source data in an initial enquiry unless secure handling has been agreed.

Independent websites and safety

A link to an independent provider does not mean Hire in Global controls that provider’s website or services. Evaluate its terms and privacy notice yourself. Do not pay a third party promising guaranteed selection. Use the Fraud Alert if you suspect impersonation.

Privacy and contact

Read the Privacy Policy and Applicant Data Consent information before submitting personal details. For a question about these website terms or a particular application, contact us via the official Contact page.
