Certificate Verification Policy

A skills certificate can help an applicant show training or assessed ability. Hire in Global considers it alongside the vacancy requirements, work samples, experience and any further assessment. This page explains how a certificate number is handled when you apply.

Read the requirement on the vacancy

A certificate is highly recommended in general, while an individual role may specify whether it is required, optional or one of several ways to demonstrate a skill. The role page should name the skill, any accuracy or assessment requirement, accepted evidence and document format. If that information is missing, contact recruitment before relying on a certificate as proof of eligibility.

What an automatic registry match means

The form checks the number you provide against certificate records entered by Hire in Global administrators. A match means the submitted number corresponds to an active record in that internal registry. It does not by itself confirm that the person submitting the form is the certificate holder, that the certificate suits the role, or that the application is accepted. Administrators may still review the certificate and identity details.

If the number is not found

Your application is submitted and marked for manual verification. An unmatched number is not automatically called invalid or rejected. Possible reasons include a typing difference, a record that has not been entered, or a document requiring separate checks. Keep the original evidence available; provide it only through an official request and secure channel.

If you do not have a certificate

Choose “No” in the application form. You can still submit where the role permits. The form may display websites or institutes entered by our administrators as suggestions for your independent evaluation. Those providers are not a required purchase or a selection route. Hire in Global has no relationship with a suggested provider unless that relationship is expressly disclosed.

Manual review and decisions

Recruitment staff may compare the certificate’s skill, issuing organization, assessment method, result, date and holder details with the job requirements. They may ask for clarifying evidence. Selection and rejection are manual decisions based on the complete application and current project needs. If you believe a verification status is wrong, use the official Contact page and include your application reference without posting private certificate details publicly.

Your privacy and safety

Do not place certificate numbers or identity documents in public comments or social posts. Submit them through the role form or an official secure request. Read the applicant data policy and the fraud warning before sending documents.
