How to Work with Hire in Global

Understand the journey from receiving project instructions to submitting work and reviewing payment details. Explore the sample screens, then try the free E-Book Typing Demo.

Dashboard images below show sample data for explaining the workflow. They are not applicant records, payment proofs or a statement of anyone’s actual earnings.

01 · Official instructions

Receive your project access and instructions

After recruitment and project assignment, follow the official access instructions supplied by Hire in Global. Read your project scope, delivery requirements, quality criteria and payment terms before starting. Use the access details provided for your own work; the public demo ID is only for practice.

For the demo, use HIGDEMO and password 123456. You can practise without sharing your email, mobile number or bank information.

02 · Your work at a glance

Understand the sample dashboard overview

The overview brings assigned projects, due dates, progress and messages together. Earnings from completed projects are shown as a total, with individual project amounts available in the breakdown.

Sample overview: four completed projects total ₹48,000 (₹10,000 + ₹12,000 + ₹14,000 + ₹12,000). Active assignments are listed separately. Select the image to enlarge it.

03 · Read, prepare, work

Open the project and follow its brief

A

Review the scope

Check the project reference, source files, page count, delivery format and deadline. Ask for clarification through the official contact if an instruction is unclear.

B

Complete your work

For e-book typing, carefully reproduce the supplied text and follow the assigned formatting rules. Other roles use the instructions and tools specified for that project.

C

Check before delivery

Review spelling, missing words, punctuation, file names and required sections. Keep source references together so the team can review your work efficiently.

The typing demo uses a short handwritten passage. Intentionally make a small mistake to see how the practice report identifies a source line, the correct word and your entry.

04 · Delivery and feedback

Submit the required files and review feedback

Submit original project work using the delivery method in your official project instructions. Check that the correct files and project reference are included. Review quality feedback and complete any requested corrections under the agreed instructions.

In the demo, select Submit demo work to see your local character-accuracy score and line-by-line differences immediately. This practice calculation is explained beside the report. An original project’s review follows the quality rules supplied with that project.

05 · Clear payment details

Review project value, advance and balance

Typing accuracy and correction deductions

How quality-correction deductions work

For e-book typing project work after joining, the quality-correction deduction percentage equals the error percentage: 100% minus the assessed accuracy percentage. The deduction is taken from the agreed project amount; it is not a payment you make to join or receive work.

  • 95% accuracy: 5% of the agreed project amount is deducted for quality correction.
  • 90% accuracy: 10% of the agreed project amount is deducted for quality correction.

For example, on an agreed project amount of ₹10,000, 95% accuracy means a ₹500 correction deduction and ₹9,500 after that deduction. At 90% accuracy, the deduction is ₹1,000 and the amount after that deduction is ₹9,000. Any project advance already paid is part of this payment, not an additional payment.

The 80% typing accuracy requirement applies to joining. Project work with lower accuracy after joining is also paid using the correction calculation above.

Hire in Global pays the worker a 25% project advance after recruitment and project assignment. This is money paid to you by Hire in Global. You do not pay a 25% advance, joining fee or laptop fee to receive work. The remaining payment follows the written project terms.

Keep the approved value, advance received, remaining balance and payment history distinct. A current project’s value is different from total income earned across completed projects.

Sample current-project calculation: ₹12,000 approved value, ₹3,000 advance and ₹9,000 remaining balance. This screenshot explains one active project; the overview separately shows the completed-project total.

06 · Account and equipment

Protect your details and look after work equipment

Keep your contact and payment information accurate. Provide bank account details only through the official process when requested for payment. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, banking password or card security code.
