- A company laptop is available after joining if needed and must be returned when work ends. A stable internet connection and secure workspace are needed for assigned work.
Selection and next steps
Application review takes 2 working hours to 4 working days, depending on how long verification takes.
We review the application and role-specific skills. Shortlisted applicants may receive a task or document request. Selected candidates receive written assignment scope, confidentiality terms, work from home-work agreement and payment terms; updates follow the official application process.
Selected candidates receive the applicable project scope, output requirements, schedule and compensation terms before an assignment begins. Payment follows the written project terms.
Company laptop for work use
After joining, discuss with your personal representative whether you need a company laptop for assigned work. It remains company property and must be returned when your work ends. Laptop rental is ₹500 per month, deducted from your earnings. We do not ask for a separate laptop-rental payment or a laptop security deposit.
Once a project is assigned, Hire in Global pays you 25% of the agreed project amount in advance. You do not pay this amount to us. Project scope and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
